Dana from Affairs to Remember is doing our catering. Here are some photos of the food from our tasting. Not only is the food pretty, it's delicious too!


 These are our passed hors d'oeuvres for the cocktail reception. Sweet potato biscuits with glazed ham, pimento cheese toasts, brie-and-walnut tarts, and buttermilk fried shrimp shooters with a peach ketchup dipping sauce.


Shrimp and grits station - served in a martini glass with your choice of toppings.
 This is some of the food that will be on the main buffet. From the left, espresso-rubbed beef tenderloin, chicken salad with crostinis, and inside-out BLTs (fried green tomatoes sandwiching bacon, goat cheese, and basil).


This is a rough idea of what our cake will look like. White-on-white, pretty simple.
